  • Implemented a Management Academy, a comprehensive leadership development program, providing a first time ever training to 90% of all managers within just one year.
  • Transformed a large People & Culture department into an Agile Organization, fostering adaptability, responsiveness, and a people-centered culture.
  • Designed and led talent development programs for multiple business units and whole companies, increasing retention and ensuring leadership continuity.
